Bad Breath Treatment
|Bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be warning signs of gum (periodontal) disease or cavities. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. These poisonous bacteria cause toxins to form in the mouth, which irritate the gums. If gum disease continues untreated, it can damage the gums and jawbone as well as pose a threat to your overall health as mouth is the gateway of the body's digestive system. Call us if you have bad breath so we can help you restore the health of your mouth. |
Root Canal/Endodontic Treatment
|Inside the tooth, under the white enamel and a hard layer called the dentin, is a soft tissue called the nerve or pulp. Endodontic treatment is necessary when the pulp becomes inflamed or infected. During root canal treatment, the inflamed or infected pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned and disinfected, then filled and sealed. Afterwards, the tooth is restored with a crown for protection. After restoration, the tooth continues to function like any other tooth. || |
Gingivitis Treatment/Deep Cleaning
|When gums are infected with bad bacteria, the attachment of the gums to the tooth is gone, creating open wounds and deeper pockets. These pockets serve as a safe haven for bad bacteria to breed as they are out of reach of your tooth brush, floss and mouth wash. These bacteria destroy your jaw bone and gums causing tooth loss and blood infection not to mention pain in your tooth or jaw bone. If you have bleeding gums, call us right away for treatment before this contagious disease further infects your body. || |
